"Not as much content as I expected"
I signed up for Univision Now thinking it would have way more shows and episodes available, but a lot of the stuff I wanted to watch just wasn’t there. Some things also seem to disappear after a short time, which is frustrating. Maybe this is just how these streaming apps are now, but if one service is going to charge this much, I feel like the content should be easier to find and available longer. It works fine overall, but I expected better for the price.

"Billing issue got fixed"
I had a billing problem with Univision Now where I was charged extra, and I was annoyed at first. I reached out to support, they looked into it, and after a little back and forth they finally got everything corrected. It wasn’t instant, but they did follow through and made it right, which I really appreciated. HUGE relief once it was fixed. Giving 5 stars because the issue was handled and the support team came through.

"Mostly good, but the stream limit stands out"
It works well for me most days, and I don’t pay much attention to all the little features as long as the shows load and play. The one thing I do notice is the simultaneous stream limit. With family at home, it gets annoying when more than one or two people want to watch at the same time. If they raised that limit, I’d be much happier with it...

"Good picture quality most of the time"
I’ve been using Univision Now for a bit, and the video quality has been solid. It looks clear on both my TV and my phone, even when I’m watching live stuff. I don’t really deal with buffering unless my Wi-Fi is being annoying, so I can’t blame the app every time. The colors look good too, and it doesn’t have that blurry look I’ve seen on some other streaming apps. Not perfect, but overall I’m happy with it.

I mostly use Univision Now for live soccer and the news, and yeah, it’s been good overall. Like, the stream usually loads quick on my TV and my phone, no big issues. I don’t get much freezing or those random cutoffs, which is what I care about most. Every once in a while I have to refresh it once, but... that’s kind of it. For watching live stuff without dealing with a bunch of problems, it’s been worth it for me.

"Roku works well!!!"
Overall, my Roku works fine and does what I need it to do!!! The only thing is the phone app can be a little laggy sometimes, which gets annoying when I’m trying to use it quickly!!! Still, not a bad experience overall!!!

"Helpful alerts, just a liiittle too many sometimes"
Univision Now is actually good with notifications. I like that it reminds me before a show or soccer game starts, because I forget stuff all the time and those alerts do help a loooot.

The only thing is sometimes it feels like they send a bit more than I really need, but it’s not sooo bad. Overall, the updates are clear, useful, and easy to keep up with.

"Worth it for novelas, but the app can be frustrating"
I got Univision Now mainly for novelas and a few live shows I really don’t want to miss. for the price, it feels fair compared to paying for a huge cable package I wouldn’t even use much. The app works fine most days, but there are times when it loads slowly or randomly logs me out, and that can be annoying, especially when I’m excited to watch something. Overall, I do think it’s worth it if you watch Univision a lot. I’m keeping it for now, but I really wish the app felt a little smoother and less frustrating

I found Univision Now while searching for a way to watch soccer, and getting started was easy. There were a few moments of buffering here and there, but nothing too frustrating, and overall it worked well for what I needed.

"Pretty solid app most of the time"
Most days, the app runs really well for me and the streams load fast, which I appreciate. Every now and then it’ll freeze for like a minute and I’m just sitting there staring at it. Then suddenly I’m annoyed. But it usually works fine overall.

"Captions are actually easy to follow"
I usually watch Univision Now with the captions on, they’ve been solid. The words show up when they’re supposed to, and they don’t vanish too quickly, which, for me, makes a big difference.
Every now and then, there’s a small delay, but it’s nothing that really gets in the way. The Spanish captions are clear, and they really help, especially when people are talking fast. So far, I’m happy with it.

"So easy to bounce around"
Finding shows is ridiculously easy. The menu doesn’t feel like some chaotic maze, and I can jump from live TV to on demand without wanting to throw the remote across the room. It just works, and I’m genuinely so relieved by that.

"Playback controls get on my nerves"
The app is fine until I try to pause or rewind. There’s this weird lag every time, and it makes watching anything way more frustrating than it needs to be. I just want the controls to respond when I tap them. That’s it.

"Login drama, but support came through"
Had some annoying login trouble why is it always a whole thing when you just need to get into your account? I had to wait a bit, which wasn’t exactly fun, but support ended up fixing it the same day. So yeah, a little frustrating at first, but overall they were helpful and got it sorted.
